| First off, for not having been on a roadcourse in several years (last one was MidAmerica Motorplex in Omaha, NE/Glenwood,IA) I forgot how much fun this was! A tank full of 100 Unleaded and a Twin Turbo Z to drive how it was meant to be driven! It was truly a fun time. It was the dallasimports track day, there was supposed to be 30 people, but we only had 18 cars show up (more track time for us!). We did two lead/follow sessions, followed by open racing the remainder of the afternoon. I put about 120 miles on my Z just on the track (and almost an entire tank of gas at $7.80/gallon), but it held up well and I didn't have a single problem with it. I left the boost controller off, and the Forge Actuators are set to 15psi, and it was "just right" on the track. I didn't push it as hard as I could have because I'm not 100% sure on how myZ behaves under throttle around the corners (I've owned it for about a year, but only put 700 miles on it since then)....It seems to want to come around VERY easy under throttle in the corners as soon as the boost builds...when not under heavy throttle, it can be pushed VERY hard without the ass end coming around. That being said, my fastest lap was a 1:34.90 on the 1.7 CCW.
(Spare me the "ha ha you look funny with your helmet sticking out of the car" remarks... I already know that!!! I'm 6 ft 7" tall, and while I fit fine without a helmet, I definately don't with one one (I'm almost 6'10" with it on!)
A few pictures:

Hey Look! My Z is sitting in a field! (not really)...stupid helmet....

Check out this pass (rapid shutter thingy on the Nikon D40X)

I'll post videos later! I need to edit about 2hrs down to a few minutes!
